Refund policy

At Kim’s Kidstore, we carefully curate special, limited, brand new and gently used items for your little ones 🤍 Because many of our pieces are unique or one-of-a-kind, we keep our return policy simple and selective.

 

Returns (Limited & Case-by-Case)

We *generally* consider all sales final, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

We may accept returns on a **case-by-case basis** if:

* You contact us within **7 days of delivery**

* The item is **unused, unworn, and in original condition**

* Items are **unopened (if applicable)** with all original tags and packaging


All returns must be **approved by us first** before being sent back. We reserve the right to decline any return that doesn’t meet these conditions.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns will have a **15% restocking fee**, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.


Refunds & Store Credit

Most approved returns will be issued as **store credit**, so you can find something else you love anytime 💛

In some cases, we may issue a refund to your **original payment method**, but this is at our discretion.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are **final sale and cannot be returned**:

* Sale or clearance items

* Beauty Items (including the Beauty Scoops)

* Free Items

* Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something isn’t right with your order, we want to fix it!

Please reach out within **48 hours of delivery** if:

* You received the wrong item

* Your item arrived damaged

We’ll make it right.

 

Return Shipping Costs

To keep our prices fair and our small shop running smoothly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely 🤍 Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer automatic cash refunds on all purchases
  • Returns are accepted on a limited, case-by-case basis only
  • Approved returns may be issued as store credit or a refund at our discretion
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must meet our return conditions (unused, original condition, within 7 days)
